WHY AFRICA?

First of all, it's the birthplace of coffee. It's also a spectacular continent full of amazing people and places and we want to share our discoveries with people who value quality, adventure and responsibility. We want to make as much of a positive impact as possible through our efforts and the choices of our customers.

QUALITY COMES FIRST

Like you, we love excellent coffee and exotic tea. We also care about equality and sustainability. So we started a company focusing on African coffee and tea with the aim to give back to women working in the production process. There's a lot of evidence that shows supporting women magnifies the positive impact across their communities.

One of ACT's goals through our travel's and outreach around Africa is to source the most sustainable and directly traded products. Uplifting those that we make connections with is a big part of our journey. All of our efforts would mean nothing without the love, energy and spirit that we share with the beautiful ladies that work above and beyond to produce our single-origin coffee and tea in a manner that retains their culture. THE ACT FAMILY

Our ACT family is continuously growing everyday. We accept, respect and immerse ourselves in each others’ cultures, backgrounds, and views. We work well together in the cafe, but we also get along outside the stressful working conditions. We all started not knowing much about the food industry, but everyday we learn from each other and our customers, and continuously improve to help make your experience the most enjoyable.

ACT is responsible for the satisfaction and well being of their customers and employees. We are also responsible for the trail of carbon footprints we leave when conducting business.
